Suggested Usage

Adults: Two (2) capsules at the beginning of each meal. More capsules may be taken as desired. Capsules may be opened and contents mixed with food or beverage.  Use care not to inhale enzyme powder. May be taken with other Houston Enzymes products.

    Works well for me

    Im in my mid-thirties, and consider myself healthy and in relatively good physical shape, though there's always room for improvement. I do drink a lot of water during the day, and lift weights. AND, I like to eat, and at dinner time often overdo it. What to do, my man cooks well. And even though we mostly have salads with fish or meat, or other cooked vegetables, I know that serving size matters as well as the content. In my case, TriEnza has been effective in alleviating the heavy tired feeling and much expanded belly after such meals, and by the next morning my waistline is back to it's normal size. I got 2 TriEnza bottles based on other people's reviews, and so far I'm satisfied with it. I'm sure I'll be getting it again once I run out.
