Suggested Usage

As a dietary supplement, take one to three tablets 60 minutes piror to meals or at bedtime (on an empty stomach) or as needed daily, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

Do not refrigerate.

    Amino activator

    I spoke with the owner of Montiff, Don Tyson, and he recommends taking 2 tabs on an empty stomach before taking any of his amino acid supps for proper amino acid to neurotransmitter conversion. He was right! I'm feeling the amino acids effects more noticeably.
