100% helped with long term Covid effects! I have had no energy brain fog loss of hair and doing some research I found that it had a lot to do with thyroid I took this he five years ago through my natural path. But she gave me so many things I had no idea which was working it which wasn’t. In the last week I have had almost 50% recovery on my energy and lack of brain fog. Also less hair in my hair brush.
