    Good product

    I have used Rescue Sleep for more than 20 years. It was recommended to me by my naturopathic practitioner. It is most effective for me when I wake in the middle of the night. A few sprays on the tongue and I usually go right back to sleep. Highly recommend!

    Good Non-Rx Product

    I often have a hard time falling asleep. I refuse to use drugs so sometimes I use Melatonin products and sometimes I use this. If I wake up during the night, I use a couple of sprays of this on my tongue and that is when it seems to work best, before my thoughts actually start churning. I feel like this works most of the time.

    Works Well

    I use the product to sleep. It was recommended to me by a ""hippie"" friend. I was skeptical of its effectiveness but then found out that after the first few uses it was effective. It's important to note that, in my case, it's been effective about 60% of the time, which, for me, is significant, because that means 60% less times that I need to even consider a pharmaceutical sleep aid.
