    Q and zinc for the win

    I have started using Quercetin, along with zinc, when I feel a bit unwell or if a sniffle is coming on. It allows the zinc into the cells to be an immune booster. I can easy ward off a cold with this combination. Trick is to start the 2 as soon as you feel any little inking of a cold. It works best up front, if I miss the window it does seem to make the symptoms lighter and it all goes away fast.

    Pure Encapsulations Quercetin

    Suffered with allergies for most of my life. Tried all of the over the counter allergy medication and nothing worked until I started taking Pure Encapsulations Quercetin, what a game changer! My allergies have improved so much that I wish I knew about this product sooner.
