    The Best form of C

    I did a lot of research on Vit. C & found the best was Pureway-C. I've been taking this for a very long time & suddenly, it became difficult to find a good source when, the one I'd been taking was out of stock for a long time. I always look for non-GMO products & found this from Zahler's. I've been buying this from NHC for about a yr., once a month.

    Vitamin C & health

    I've been mega-dosing Vitamin C for more than 50 years. But I was never entirely convinced that the drugstore varieties were always fresh. In recent years I wanted to find an easy swallow capsule as well. Pure-Way-C seems to have satisfied both of my concerns, and i plan to keep on taking it.
