Suggested Usage
Acute: When symptoms are immediate or severe, take 10-15 drops (or as listed on the label) under the tongue every 15 minutes, not to exceed 3 hours total.
Subacute: When symptoms improve or are mild to moderate, take 10-15 drops (or as listed on the label) under the tongue every hour, not to exceed 8 hours total.
Chronic: For chronic conditions or symptoms lasting longer than 48 to 72 hours, take as described on the bottle, generally 10 drops under the tongue three times daily.
Preventive: For maintenance of occasional symptoms or for a tendency toward the condition, take 10-15 drops once weekly or monthly or as needed.
