Suggested Usage

Adults: SHAKE WELL, then apply 2 to 5 drops, repeat procedure twice daily or according to your healthcare practitioner. For optimal use, shake the bottle well then clear the dropper three or four times prior to each use. Contains about a 1 month’s supply. Expiration date is less than 1 year. Bottle is 1/3 full by design! This allows for optimal dispersion of the formula when shaking. Store at room temperature.

Ingredients

Rice Bran Oil, Organic Coconut Oil, USP Progesterone, USP Estriol, USP Estradiol and Vitamin E.


Per 10 drops: About 40mg of Progesterone, 1.6mg of Estriol and 0.4mg of Estradiol.

    Natural Remedy for HRT

    Each person's hormonal balancing requirements are different but if I take three drops under my tongue in the morning and three drops at night. That works perfectly for me. The instructions are for a topical application but I prefer bilingual.

    If your gynecologist believes in plant based, natural hormonal therapy, I highly recommend that you show her or him this product. BTW I have used it for decades: back when the formula was made of small pellets you put under the tongue but the FDA, I think from pressure from Big Pharma, made them make it into a liquid for topical application or they would shut them down. They couldn't patent it so they did everything they could to make it perhaps less appealing with a different delivery system in hopes that there sales would plummet and hurt the company. I can tell you those were some very long and difficult months for me when you couldn't get it until they remade the formula.

    They’re Completely Gone!

    I have used PhytoB/4X for many years and my hot flashes are completely gone! I put 2 drops under my tongue in the morning and 4 drops under my tongue at night. I will never stop using this product. It has changed my life!

    Major adverse reaction. Be careful with this.

    The first dose of this caused a major adverse reaction for me. First my heart skipped. Then my heart started racing and my vision was impacted, like I was on hallucinogens or something. All of this led to a state of panic. Then I had diarrhea and I vomited. I assume the dose I got was WAY more than expected, even though I only took a couple of drops. The dropper format and the fact that you have to shake to bottle leads me to believe the dose is extremely inconsistent and dangerous for sensitive individuals. Be careful with this.

    Has helped a lot

    So glad my naturopath recommended this oil. Has a helped a lot with some of the symptoms of women and aging. It does seem like a small amount for the bottle, and difficult to tell how much is left.

    Glad I found this again

    I used to take the little tablets for years until they stopped them. Then I didn't take anything again for many years. I'm now 82 and get agitation and bone loss. So I found this form to try again. I've only been taking it a few days so can't report what it does for me. I do notice lots of reviewers said it's a small amount and it is. I really wish more were in this bottle for the price.
