    Pantethine is a form of B5. B5 is one substance of a few that supports adrenal glands. B5 must be broken down in a few steps for your body to use. In contrast, Pantethine is the result of B5 being broken down at the manufacturer. Some people may not be able to effectively break down B5, so, use Pantethine instead. Use Pantethine in combination with a few other substances to support adrenal health. The other items are 1)vitamin C, 2) chromium, 3) adrenal complex (raw adrenal, ginseng, rhodiola, ashwaghanda) such as A-drenal sold here.
