    great product

    I've been taking this product for years. My ophthalmologist said "what ever you are doing, keep doing it". My vision prescription has been stable for decades (I'm 70-something years old). I'm glad to see other reviews saying this product reduces cataracts. I haven't had the cataract operation, though I have younger people in my life who have needed it. Overall, I'm very happy with this product!

    Helps health of eue
