Mullein leaves contain large amount of a soluble fiber known as mucilage, a thick, gelatinous substance. It is believed that the mucilage contributes to mullein's soothing effects.

Suggested Usage

Use only as directed. Take one VegCap three times daily with a meal or glass of water.
