Last year I visited a functional wellness doctor and my bloodwork indicated I was very deficient in Magnesium. Since starting to take this product I now no longer deal with daily constipation but it also resolved my occasional foot cramps at night. I have had constipation every since I can remember (5 years old) and never thought to ask a doctor why. I always just assumed it was because of a bad diet or I just figured that was normal for me. I do have to say when I used to take this product before bed, I feel it caused me to sleep more restlessly or have strange dreams. I know it claims to make people sleep better but for me it had the opposite affect. So currently I take it in the morning and have no issues at all. Perhaps I will try one more time to take it before bed and see if I get a different result. I can't say enough about this product! I love natural ways to heal your body.
