    Are there any humans working in customer service of this company?

    Two weeks ago my bank notified me of an unauthorised transaction. It was an order I never placed and was carried out by the Natural Healthy Concepts. Since then I have been trying NUMEROUS TIMES to alert someone at NHC of the situation and get an immediate refund but I only heard back from their AI assistant ‘Natalie’ with a rather generic reply. Getting nowhere. And my money is still missing. This needs to change!
