I actually tested through applied kinesiology to need a different supplement that was discontinued. . . this one had the majority of the ingredients (minus one), plus lithium. So I actually did not need the lithium but was not testing to be harmed by it. I'm glad I found this.

My doctor put me on this 10 years ago and 7 years latter when he retired I could not get access to it. So I started using lithium orotate but no matter what brand I used, it just did not compare to Lithinase and left me always having to up and lower my dose as needed. A bad place to be with lithium supplements. I am excited about getting my order because I know the quality of this product is at a professional level and I can filially stabilize my lithium levels again.
