    Proof is in the science.

    There is no comparison to standard magnesium glycinate vs Lipisomal Magnesium (Magtein). Multiple comorbidities cause depleted magnesium levels in my situation. Years of taking standard magnesium glycinate 2x/day, and the difference for me has been humbling. Feeling the marked difference now is a bit heartbreaking realizing all the years lost feeling no noticeable difference taking the standard. This has also been a joint education process for my medical provider as the science speaks through lab results and physical improvements. I am so grateful for this.

    Magnesium Threonate

    What a difference you can feel with this vitamin. Nerve damage helped, and wiggled my fingers a lot. I was in a very good mood at work.

    I am a pharmacist with a history of migraine episodes. I’ve been switching between magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate from a common OTC brand for years. The first night I took Codeage’s magnesium threonate, I quickly felt the calming effect of this product before bed. I was hesitant at first to purchase this due to the cost and having to take 3 pills per serving but I will be repurchasing! Worth the money and I think it is helping.
