    ~135 mg calcium per capsule

    Each capsule probably yields betwen 122 to 148 mg of calcium - not anywhere close to 700 mg (mostly AKG). 6 capsules a day yield between 735 to 888 mg of calcium. Probably best not to exceed 6 a day (lot of AKG). If you were looking for high doses of calcium per capsule, this isn't for you.

    Easy to take

    As a woman that's getting older I know it's important to supplement with calcium to keep my bones strong. I love this supplement because it's easy to take with only one capsule a day.
