As someone who struggles with leg cramps, I got these K2 capsules. While it's often hard to tell if supplements really make a difference, I will continue with these, as things do seem better. Also, many older adults apparently have a lack of vitamin K, and I'm sure, as not the most healthy of eaters, I do, too.
