Suggested Usage
- Consult a physician for children under the age of 4.
- Ages 4 to 13: take 2 capsules daily, with a meal.
- Ages 14 and up: take 2 capsules twice daily, with meals.

At first (4 months ago) my son didn't want these because he was used to gummies. After he got used to taking the pills, he now takes them without a blink. They seem to be helping more then the gummies were. Grades and behavior marks have improved at school. He's sleeping better too. We eat healthy, mostly whole food paleo type cooking. You don't know how fertile the soil of the vegetation involved in making the meal is & if grown in poor soil then it'll be missing nutrients. Something was missing or not hitting the mark for my kid and this appears to have done it.
