Bifidobacteria are normally present in the gut from birth to old age, where they play an important role in gastrointestinal health. Love the HMF Bifido capsules, they actually work on my IBD symptoms. But I had trouble changing the shipping address for my subscription and wound up with TWO subscriptions, so had to cancel one, but couldn't cancel the extra one-time shipment.

I have suffered from IBS/IBD/Leaky Gut/System Inflammation for decades, and this combination of Bifido bacteria has been clinically shown to help with the symptoms as well as healing the gut. It only took a few months to clear my symptoms and make my gut healthy. HMF Bifido Capsules certainly helped me do that, unlike other probiotics I have tried.
