    Ginger helps my legs

    A new doctor recommended I try ginger to help with leg irritation. While researching brands I came across an article on the Arthritis Foundation website that recommended using a "supercritical CO2 extract" form of ginger. Searching for that formulation I found Gaia Ginger Supreme. I was very skeptical, but it really gives me significant relief -- most nights I sleep without a single waking episode. I don't know if it will work for everyone, but it has made a tremendous difference in my life.
