Suggested Usage

    Helped me!

    This was super helpful in emotion regulation for me, anxiety/stress specifically. Helps me relax in the evenings and fall asleep without the feeling of anxiety as well. That being said, my emotions were triggered by symptoms and not life situations, which is why I think it was so helpful.
