One highly-beneficial and potent antioxidant in particular, S-allyl-cysteine (SAC), is increased from the fermentation process.
Each serving of our Fermented Black Garlic contains more than 800 mg of fermented black garlic (powder and extract), which includes at least 1.2 mg of SAC.
