Enxymix Complete Chewable is an enzyme supplement that promotes the breakdown of proteins, peptides, fats, complex carbohydrates, sugars, and fibers. Typical diets no longer consist of mostly raw foods, which naturally contain digestive enzymes. Cooking also destroys digestive enzymes, which may put the body under stress. The higher the caloric and fat content of the diet, the greater the strain on the body to produce digestive enzymes. Enzyme supplements help reduce the effects of bloating, gas, occasional heartburn, and occasional acid reflux.
