I can't quite tell if these digestive enzymes are helping my digestion or not, however they are small and very easy to take after or with a meal. They have a good flavor to them, sweet and fruity. So, I am very pleased with them and will continue to take them regularly to see if they make a difference. I like a chewable much better than swallowing a pill with every meal.
