Suggested Usage
As needed, anytime, take 1 capsule before eating or drinking. Alternatively, as needed, take 1 capsule away from food or drink if wanting to support uterine comfort during the menstrual cycle, occasional nausea from pregnancy, or healthy histamine levels in your digestive system.† Capsule may be opened and sprinkled on a bite of food. Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule (hypromellose, water, and gellan gum), and ascorbyl palmitate.
