    I have been taking this product since 11/2018

    I came across this product almost by accident. My nutritionist referred me for other Gemma therapy products and I saw this product also and decided to give it a try. I have been taking it consistently since 11/2018 and no longer have hip or knee pain, absolutely none!!! I am 55, almost 56 and have been having mild to severe pain off and on for 5-6 years. I found some supplements that helped but not 100% until this product. I have never been so impressed by a supplement as I am with this product. All I have to say is give it a try, consistently for 3-6 mos. I don't think you will be disappointed...unless you have more severe issues.
