Suggested Usage

    Potent!

    I can't handle eating very hot stuff, but that's because of the effect on my tongue/throat, etc. This is the perfect solution to be able to enjoy the health benefits of cayenne if you can't eat spicy food. One caveat, though, DO NOT lie down or even sit back in a recliner for at least 3-4 hours afterwards. I made that mistake (nothing to do with the quality of the product), and I refluxed up some of the powder. I'll never use a recliner with the seat back so soon after taking this again. So yeah, this stuff is powerfully hot! I'd never had a single problem with it until I made that mistake. It IS what it says it is.

    I will continue to use this product

    Have been using this product for two months now, it works great. My energy levels are up and my mental senses have improved. I have also lost five pounds and kept it off. I have also shared this product with friends and family.
