    Glass Bottle Is The Only Drawback

    Calcium Citrate is a great source of calcium for those who can't consume milk or have many other allergies, like me. I've had no negative side effects. I take these as my primary source of calcium because I can control the dosage by just cutting up these big "horse pills" into a smaller 250mg dose by quartering them. The glass bottle can be problematic during shipping, depending on where you purchase this. Bluebonnet ship it in a plastic bubble envelope when they ship it directly to the customer. Had it break on me in the past. They should change it to a plastic container.
