    Smells strong but i figure that means the material is potent. Easy to swallow i feel like it’s been helping

    Excellent source of iodine!

    I used to take another plant-based brand of iodine, but that company went out of business. I've tried several brands since then, but this is the only I've found that my stomach can handle, so I'll be sticking with this.
