I really like that aspect of this - sleeping better and less muscle pain, but also having dreams that I remember. That has not happened in years! Pretty cool.

This really works! I Just took one, I thought it was the nine forms of mag but a friend says it is the fulvic minerals. Either way i am impressed.

I use Magnesium to deal with muscle cramps and to help me sleep. I have used a lot of forms and brands and most give me some amount of loose bowels. This one does not, and it truly feels like it is fully absorbed and works better than any other.

This is the best Magnesium i have tried - I use just one capsule before bedtime (I take other fulvic minerals too) and I can really feel the difference. I have also noticed I am having vivid dreams, which is wonderful.

I have been looking for a multi-form Magnesium with a real dose of fulvic minerals and I finally found it here! Fulvic acid is a natural chaperone for nutrients, especially minerals, and this makes it more usable by the cells in the body. This company has lots of science to backup their formula - this is the best Magnesium I have found!
