Theoretically, patients who are allergic to plants of the Fabaceae family, including soybeans, peanuts, chickpeas and green peas, might also be allergic to fenugreek. Fenugreek may reduce blood glucose levels and may be additive to antidiabetes drugs. Monitor blood glucose levels closely.
