    I continue to purchase this product only from Douglas Labs.

    Both my husband & I take this product. I tried another brand/manufacturer and immediately noticed a difference. We will continue to purchase from Douglas Labs, their quality & effectiveness is excellent. I am over 65 & felt I needed rest time in the afternoon. Once I started taking Ayur-Ashwagandha by Douglas Labs, I noticed my energy level was still up, the fatigue down & no need for rest time. Memory & recall still has not improved for either of us.

    Great for a good nights sleep

    This is a great alternative to chemical sleep aids. Just a great calming supplement that I would recommend highly.
