These herbs have been traditionally used in herbal preparations to:
- Respond normally to occasional seasonal stresses*
- Maintain skin and immune system health*
- Assist in maintaining healthy breathing passages to support normal breathing*
This combination of herbs contains many compounds including saponins, flavonoids (especially baicalin) and quinones (particularly thymoquinone).

-from Nigella sativa seed 500mg
Other Ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, sodium starch glycolate, silicon dioxide, hypromellose and magnesium stearate.
