    Great Product. We have been taking Alfalfa daily since the early 80's. We are arthritis free and your joints are pain free with full range of motion even though we are well into our Senior years.

    My husband and I have been taking Alfalfa daily since the early 80's. Even though we are well into our senior years We remain arthritis free and we do not suffer any joint aches or pains. We exercise at least 5 days a week and enjoy full range of motion. Several years ago we were without our daily alfalfa for a period of time. My husband noticed his trick knee acting up almost immediately. You can be sure that was the first and last time we left that happen. We are so Blessed to have found NHC. Great prices and great customer service.

    Alfalfa for sinus pressure

    A herbal specialist recommended alfalfa years ago for sinus pressure. I take before bed and no longer have sinus infections. During winter months I take 4 tablets/capsules. During the summer 2. Will take the rest of my life. (I would prefer capsules should they be available.)
