Suggested Usage

Take 1 tablet, up to two times daily, with food.

    Review on products I buy from Natural Healthy Concepts

    I buy this products to enhance my health. At this point in time I'm not sure of their effectiveness but I will continue using them for another 6 months to see if they enhance my overall health.

    Very helpful

    I like the Natrol brand and find that their time released tablet is both easy to swallow and does work. 5HTP from other providers did not have the same result so I'm going to stick with Natrol. I realize that sounds like a brand plug but it is my experience with the specific 5HTP that I'm reviewing.
