    Good product-but hard to swallow

I take this potassium with magnesium to help with severe cramps in my legs, feet, hands and jaw. I am also on muscle relaxers, Flexeril, using it 3x a day and still have the cramps. The potassium-magnesium helps with the cramps that I get even on the Flexeril. I tried other muscle relaxers which did not help and actually made the cramping worst and I became addicted to them, such that I could not stop taking them but only started taking another brand of relaxer to take the place of the first one. I find these pills very hard to swallow as they are large without a smooth coating. It may take 4-5 tries to get it down and sometimes they get stuck in my throat. I believe that the previous potassium pills from this company were smaller.
