Clinician-guided wellness on a monthly plan, with five options to match your goal: Comprehensive Wellness, Healthy Medical Weight Loss, IV Restore, IV Vitality, and IV Longevity.
Every membership includes:
- A welcome intake visit
- A lab-review visit about two weeks later
- A clinician visit every four months
- Laboratory testing
- InBody body-composition assessments

Tracey L. Goddard, MSN, APRN, ACNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner, Paradigm Wellness
Tracey is a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner with 17 years in practice and more than 30 years in the Nashville area. She focuses on preventive medicine, metabolic health, and healthy aging, and she believes the best care starts with listening. She's who you'll see at your visits, and she builds your plan alongside Paradigm's physicians whenever your care calls for them.
The physicians behind your plan
Tracey works hand in hand with the physicians of Paradigm Health. They oversee the treatments that call for a physician, including GLP-1 weight-loss medications, hormone therapy, peptides, and IV infusions, and they practice just across the road in Franklin.
Meg Zoffuto Paterson, MD, MPH
More than a decade of evidence-based primary care with a focus on women's health. She supervises the medical care at Paradigm Wellness.
Kylie Conroy, DO
Board-certified physician with specialized training in women's health, menopause, lifestyle, and precision medicine.
David A. Edwards, MD, PhD
Physician and neuroscientist, board-certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine, the certification behind the medical weight-loss program. He founded Paradigm Health with Dr. Matt.
