Grand Opening Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The Natural Health Co. Grand Opening Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Natural Health Co. (NHC.com, LLC), a Renew Wellness Brands company, 4031 Aspen Grove Drive, Suite 370, Franklin, TN 37067 ("Sponsor"). Prize services are provided by Sponsor's preferred provider, Paradigm Wellness, operated by Paradigm Health, 93 Seaboard Lane, Ste 1002, Brentwood, TN 37027.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Paradigm Wellness, their affiliates, and agencies, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins 11/5/2026 at 12:00 AM CT and ends 11/6/2026 at 11:59 PM CT. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter
Online entry: Scan the QR code displayed in the Natural Health Co. store at 93 Seaboard Lane, Ste 1002, Brentwood, TN 37027, or visit nhc.com/pages/grand-opening-giveaway-brentwood. Complete the sign-up form with your email address and mobile number and consent to receive marketing emails from Natural Health Co. and from Paradigm Wellness, operated by Paradigm Health. Agreeing to receive marketing texts from either company is optional and is not required to enter or win. Submitting the form enters you once.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, automated, or incomplete entries are void.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- One (1) $200 Natural Health Co. gift card, redeemable in store or at nhc.com (ARV $200)
- One (1) InBody body composition scan at Paradigm Wellness (ARV $49)
- One (1) $250 IV infusion credit at Paradigm Wellness (ARV $250)
- One (1) Oura Ring 5 in Silver (ARV $399)
Total approximate retail value (ARV): $898.
Paradigm Wellness services must be redeemed in person at 93 Seaboard Lane, Ste 1002, Brentwood, TN 37027 within 12 months of the winner announcement, and are subject to Paradigm Wellness's health screening, eligibility requirements, and policies. If the winner is not eligible to receive IV therapy, Sponsor may provide an alternate Paradigm Wellness service or credit of equal or lesser value.
No cash substitute, transfer, or exchange, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. Because the total prize value exceeds $600, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded and will receive an IRS Form 1099.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on 11/9/2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or text on 11/9/2026. The potential winner must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor may require proof of eligibility and a mailing address.
8. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release Sponsor, Paradigm Wellness, and their affiliates from any liability arising from participation, the prize, or any service received, and, where permitted by law, allows Sponsor to use their name and city for promotional purposes without further compensation.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Oura Health Oy or any social media platform. Governed by the laws of Tennessee.
9. Privacy and Marketing Consent
Information collected is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entrants consent to receive marketing emails from Natural Health Co., as described on the sign-up form.
Entrants also consent to receive marketing emails from Paradigm Wellness, operated by Paradigm Health. Entrant information shared with Paradigm Health is subject to the Paradigm Health Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from Paradigm Wellness emails at any time using the link in any Paradigm Wellness email.
The sign-up form offers two separate, optional text message checkboxes, one for Natural Health Co. and one for Paradigm Wellness. Entrants who check a box consent to receive recurring automated marketing texts at the number provided from that company only. Text consent for either company is not a condition of entry or purchase.
