    Suggested Usage

    Swish approximately 2 to 3 teaspoons (10 to 15 mL) of oil in the mouth. Continue for at least a few minutes and up to 20 minutes. When finished, spit out the oil (do not swallow) and rinse the mouth with warm water. For best results, make this a regular part of your normal oral hygiene routine.

    Best product of its kind, that I've encountered

    Great stuff. Overall, my experience with using it has been optimal, where it leaves my mouth feeling satisfied like I'm doing something effective for my oral health. Reasonably, I wouldn't expect a product like this to be any more perfect, but if it were possible, here are the only major flaws I see: All the more I could ask for is a cheaper price, that neem be added to the ingredients (though what's in there is fine as is), and ideally that the oil be contained in glass rather than plastic (since plastics leach and glass basically doesn't). Otherwise, it's overall a great product. I highly recommend daily use.

    Pleasant taste - noticeable results

    You may have heard of oil pulling - cleaning your mouth by swishing with an oil like coconut or sesame - this product offers the same benefits plus more from the herbs. Combining Ayurvedic herbs and refreshing mint oils it is pleasant to use - I like doing it at night before bed. After using it for a few weeks I've noticed my gums look better and my teeth feel cleaner. Will buy again!
