It is recommended that you use an electric hand mixer or regular blender for making smoothies.
Yogurt Smoothie:
12 oz. organic plain or vanilla whole milk yogurt
Fresh or frozen fruit - as much as you like (add 3 or 4 ice cubes if you use fresh fruit)
1 scoop NanoGreens10
1 scoop NanoProPRP
Directions: Blend everything together but the NanoProPRP. Once you have a creamy texture, add the NanoPro and blend a little more.
Fruit & Flax Smoothie:
1 scoop NanoGreens10
1 scoop NanoPro
Fresh or frozen fruit - as much as you like (add 3 to 4 ice cubes if fruit is fresh)
1 cup almond, soy, coconut or whole milk
1 scoop organic flax
Directions: Blend fruit and/or berries, milk and flax until smooth, then add NanoGreens10 and NanoPro-Prp.
