    The electrolytes magnesium, calcium and potassium are important for maintaining healthy muscle contractile function. In several trials, magnesium supported leg muscle comfort by helping to lessen occasional nighttime cramping while relieving occasional sleeplessness. The traditionally soothing botanicals lemon balm, passion flower and chamomile also help to relieve occasional muscle tension. Additionally, these herbal extracts moderate occasional stress and promote overall relaxation.

    Suggested Usage

    As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 1-2 times daily with or between meals.

    • magnesium (as magnesium citrate and 33% as magnesium glycinate) 150 mg
    • potassium (as potassium citrate) 50 mg
    • passion flower (passiflora incarnata) extract (aerial parts) 100 mg
    • lemon balm (melissa officinalis) extract (leaf) 50 mg
    • chamomile (matricaria recutita) extract (flower) 50 mg

    Other Ingredients: vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), ascorbyl palmitate.

    Gluten-free, Non-GMO, Hypoallergenic.

    Chamomile is not recommended for individuals with sensitivity to botanicals from the Asteraceae/Compositae family. In rare cases, passion flower can cause headache, dizziness, joint pain or ataxia. There is one case report of ventricular tachycardia following passion flower administration.
     

    Chamomile may be contra-indicated with blood thinning medications.

    Passionflower may be contra-indicated with sedative medications.

    Consult your physician for more information.

    Super helpful!

    I love this product! I take one ever night before I go to bed. I was in an accident and have a hard time sleeping. This helps calm my body down to help me sleep. I tried 2 before bed and it made it impossible for me to get out of bed early so one is just perfect. I'm more on the smaller side, different with everyone. But I do love this, I've been taking it for years now. My Chiropractor recommended it for me and I'm so thankful! I'm also so thankful that NHC sells it! LOVE NHC!!

    Game changer

    My search for a product to help me with leg cramps and muscle tightness, particularly at night, brought me to the Pure Encapsulations brand. It has really helped and after several months using it, I am sure it has brought the relief I needed for nighttime rest.

    Really helps

    I've used this product for several years now. My chiropractor suggested it. I have a really hard time sleeping. This really helps me, I take it and about a half hour later I'm falling asleep. I was in an accident and I also have been through some extremely traumatic stress in my life these last few years so I'm very thankful for this product helping me relax. I highly recommend it!

    Helps me sleep

    I was in an accident and it’s very hard for me to sleep. I take sleeping pills but that still didn’t help very much., I needed something to help loosen my muscles and help my pain and it does both and to top it off it helps me sleep! I take one or two about an hour before bed and it does the job! Thank you so much for caring this product NHC rocks!

    Great product

    This does help my osteoarthritis in the spine & neck, plus the occasional muscle cramps from weather changes & too much exercising. I can't take medications for the osteoarthritis because of my tinnitus so I take supplements and this product also helps a lot.
