I've loved Max B-ND for many years now! My chiropractor referred me to this and I've been taking it ever since. I trust Premier Research Labs products for many reasons...just read the label. I won't take any other vitamin B products. I take this ever day with some liquid Holy Basil (also from NHC of course!) It's well worth the price as I can tell the difference when I don't take it.
