    Best one out there

    I've tried various brands and types of magnesium supplements over the past couple of years in an attempt to find one that's right for me. This one is the best! I feel calmer, sleep better, muscle cramps are alleviated, I could go on and on. All around I feel healthier. Also I like the dosage, as it gives me more control over how much or how little my body needs versus higher dose supplements.

    why do you need the nickn

    Can't tell

    I think it's helping me but can't tell the difference. The reason is I'm still experiencing occasional leg cramps at night.

    Magnesium Complex is great for your dietary needs. Take the recommended amount for best results. Since I’ve been taking these I feel that I ‘ve gotten a better nights sleep. No side effects whatsoever.

    Great value

    I got the magnesium supplement in hopes of increasing energy production. I know magnesium has various benefits and I was hoping to boost these. I have not had any recent blood work done to determine if this has been effective but I feel a bit better otherwise as far as energy level. I would probably buy this again.

    Great product!

    I get severe muscle soreness and cramps when I do not have a high quality Magnesium supplement to take. I had previously went to an "off brand" one and my legs hurt so badly, but now that I'm back on track with this supplement - I haven't had any complaints or soreness! We also live in Florida - so we do multiple theme park days a week sometimes and this supplement can make or break me. I will continue to buy this one and not try to "cheap out" again because I can definitely tell the difference!

    Easy to swallow

    First time I bought these. I wasn't sleeping very well. In was feeling so tired and anxious. Since I take them, I feel more relaxed and definitely I am sleeping around 8 hours a night. Non stop. I would definitely plan to buy them in a regular basis.

    These are very easy to take and I feel they make me feel better. I tend to get less muscle cramps and magnesium is great for helping to build bone density. I like the ingredients and feel I am doing something good for myself when I take these.

    Easy on the GI system

    I have had GI upset issues with other magnesium supplements but this one was great! No issues at all. I started with one capsule and slowly worked up to 3, but no issues!
    Only complaint is the price, it does seem to be a little expensive for what it is.
