    Liposomal CoQ10 for the win.

    This supplement gives me a nice boost of energy. I like to take it at lunchtime to give me the pep I need to keep my energy up for the remainder of the day.

    I've taken COQ10 in another form...liquid but I like taking this in capsules no liquid spills. No bulky bottle. It rives my body. Good for my heart and easy to carry and take with my meals.
