Get Mood & Sleep Support with L-Tryptophan

Lidtke's L-Tryptophan formula is made with a naturally produced, ultra-premium ingredient called TryptoGOLD. This amino acid is custom made through a natural fermentation process and surpasses professional purity standards. L-tryptophan is a precursor of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that plays a role in mood, appetite, behavior, nervous system function and sleep. People take it in supplement form to make the body think it has more serotonin, particularly if they are having issues with the functions it affects.

    Top quality product

Easy to take in water though you have to mix a bit to dissolve, but more economical than capsules. Powder is more easily assimilated by the body. This is my 3rd purchase as it certainly makes for a much better sleep, not to mention the health benefits esp for those of us over 50. Tryptophan is very important.
