I-3-C Plus Indole-3-Carbinol and DIM by Nutri-Dyn is a dietary supplement that seeks to support estrogen formation, metabolism, and healthy cellular function. Indole-3-Carbinol, a compound derived from the breakdown of glucobrassicin, a glucosinolate commonly found in broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and kale, is thought to offer immune support to reproductive cells, such as DNA, and the metabolic process.

DIM, which is derived from botanicals, is similar to Indole-3-Carbinol,and is shown to bind with proteins in the blood.
