    Unexpected Benefits

    Initially bought fenugreek as a possible anti-inflammatory supplement. To my surprise it helped with my digestion - both for heartburn and it keeps me regular. If I happen to eat too much too late before bed, the fenugreek helps me sleep by offering digestive relief. I like it better than HCL which can cause my stomach to hurt if I take too much.
