Suggested Usage

    I Wish I Didn't Need This...

    ...But, Whoa...!! It Works!! At 51, I noticed that I wasn't sleeping as well as I usually do, so I started learning more about perimenopause and menopause. Turns out that it can be an issue at this phase of a woman's life, so I decided to give this a shot. I noticed a difference after just one day. There's only 30 in a bottle, so it's only a one-month supply. I was diligent with it for two months, and then tested going without it for a bit - the sleep issues returned. I bought another month's supply and then did one more test: I went for another stretch without it. My sleep patterns weren't too bad, so I thought maybe I would be fine without it - but after four or five days, I started wondering why I was having my terrible hormonal headaches again and why I was boiling hot!? I was trying to determine what I had done differently in the previous days when it hit me - I wasn't taking these supplements. I bought another bottle the next day and I've been back to normal ever since. I guess I'm hooked!!

    Big Help

    I recently discontinued hormone replacements. I decided to go with Estrogen for Women to help me with the affects of that decision, and it has definetly helped. I feel like I'm doing what I need to do to stay healthy. I'd recommend it for anyone past menopause.
