    Happy Camper

    A Must Have

    Decades ago, a chiropractor recommended -Lyte to make sure my electrolytes were balanced. I know when I need it whenever water tastes better with E-Lyte. So easy to use... So much better than the sugar water drinks they sell in the grocery stores. I just add 1 capful to every glass of water. I highly recommend this.

    I love the product, hate the bottle

    The seal on the bottle causes flakes of three seal to contaminate the electrolytes and seems unsafe to drink. I am looking forward to the company changing its bottles for safer consumption. I understand this is in the works. Looking forward to it.

    Makes a big difference

    I often get dehydrated and have tried all sorts of hydration tablets that don't seem to really help. Since receiving it a few months ago, E-Lyte has definitely made a difference in my hydration! It's a great way to start and end the day, and as a partner with a glass of wine.

    Early days but seems promising

    I like the professional way that the information is presented. I have been looking for a balanced source of electrolytes and problems such as night leg cramps seem to be settling down since I started taking this once a day. I feel comfortable and confident with the company.

    I keep it with me at all times.

    I was given a bottle to try from a coworker, I have some health issues going on. Due to my health issues I can't hold on to my electrolytes. E-Lyte works extremely quick when having muscle spasm and twitches. I finished the bottle I was given and then purchased my own. E-Lyte is a lifesaver.

    Bravo BodyBio!

    My choice of electrolytes for years was Trace Mineral drops. But as time passed, so did their effectiveness! Naturally, I began to search for the cause, and ultimately, for another brand of electrolytes. During my research, I learned that potassium is one of the most important minerals for the body, both regulating ones fluid balance along with muscle and nerve contractions. No wonder I was struggling with my blood pressure, water retention, anxiety & inner stress! Whereas Trace Minerals has 3 mg. of potassium per serving, E-Lyte has 187 mg. Bravo, BodyBio! Even though the price is a little higher, it's worth every penny for my ongoing health!

    We have used this since a friend told us that it helped her so much. First bottle proved her right! That was years ago! We are never without E-Lytes. It is the most amazing supplement for dehydration, that tired washed out feeling in a stressful moment or best yet, those intense leg and foot cramps in the middle of the night, when you did get enough during the day! We carry it in smaller bottles in purses and bags. Got to have it with us, no matter what we are doing. Just put some in water, drink it down or hold it in your mouth and feel the relief wash over your body and mind. It beats any other products we have tried.
    And we have tried a -lot in our health-hunt years. Rule for Life, always have it with your bottle of water!

    Would recommend

    Suffering from chronic pancreatitis and this is so helpful to stop dehydration. For me it's as good as IV fluids and helps to keep me out of hospital. No silly adatives which are bad ie aspartame which many other brands use. Would recommend and will be buying again üòÉ.
