Warnings

High dosages of vitamin C (>1000 mg.) should not be taken by gout patients or by kidney stone formers. Vitamin C is contraindicated in iron overload disease.

    I love this product and recommend it to my coaching clients

    I love this product and recommend it to my coaching clients. I wish it was a little less expensive, but I use and recommend it all the time.

    Feeling better

    Take it with breakfast in the morning. It starts to work after 5 days. The first sign that it is working was more energy and pain in the bottom of feet eased up. I can't take it after 3p because it keeps me up, and I need to get to bed by 10p It also helps with mood as it makes me feel more alert and have energy to do more than work. I highly recommend taking it for 6 months when you feel exhausted and feet hurt.

    Great

    I started taking (chewing) DSF at the suggesstion of my chiropractor to enhance the benefit of my adjustments. The best part was the ""side effects""....my hot flashes and night sweats stopped! I ran out of DSF and the hot flashes started again. Back on DSF now and the hot flashes are gone.

    Great Product

    This is a great product. My energy levels are up and my stress levels are way down when I take this product. I feel much happier and am able to deal with the day to day stresses of being a mom of three kids. Highly recommend.
